Have learnt how to practise the Alexander lying down procedure in a
way that suits each individual
Appreciate how the Alexander Technique can benefit a wide range
people in a variety of ways
What is your approach?
You will be introduced to the main ideas through short talks,
demonstrations, pictures and a video. There will be the opportunity
to participate in an Alexander ‘lying down’ procedure and in simple
games
You will have an opportunity to maintain an Individual Learning
Plan and your tutor will discuss your progress and achievement with
you throughout the course.

What will I need?
Please bring 4 paperback books and a rug or mat to lie on.
Please bring packed lunch/refreshments for the day. A drinks
machine is available.
