German circle

An opportunity to consolidate and develop your conversation skills through discussion, including relevant topical issues.  Listening comprehension, translations and advanced grammar exercises are also part of the course.

Learner & Entry Requirements: 

Very good command of spoken and written German.  Most learners who join this course have either studied German to degree level, or lived in Germany.

General & First Session: 

Pen and paper.  We agree upon the literature during the first session.  KAE is unable to offer refunds for any materials, equipment or books if the course is subsequently closed.

Course Aim & Objecive: 

Maintain and improve your fluency in German and further your knowledge of cultural and social aspects of German-speaking countries.

By the end of the course you should be able to speak and write German with greater fluency and confidence.

Assessment: 

This is not an examination course, but you are encouraged to write the occasional assignment through homework and short tests in the classroom setting.
