Course Aim & Objective:
The intention is to give short concise lectures developing a specific piece of WW2 Military History with the aid of photographic presentations, unique old photographs and at times original artefacts. As well as proving strategic military background to the topic area discussed the intention is to bring the subject matter to life by discussing individual personalities and set the characters in the context of actual events. The aim is to offer what one hopes is a unique insight into periods of history we think we know about but in reality we often have just scratched the surface and after the lecture hopefully the individuals will be i…
