Description

Ideal for those new to paddlesport coaching, this qualification is not discipline specific and is therefore suitable for coaches who wish to work with paddlers from any of the competitive and non-competitive paddlesport disciplines. You will learn how to plan, deliver and review coaching sessions, safe working practices, how to develop working relationships with participants and much more. As a Level 1 coach you will be able to teach basic skills in any type of kayak or canoe and can assess the BCU Paddlepower and Paddlesport 'Start' awards.
