3 Mandatory units are:
- Manage Personal Development
- Develop Working Relationships with colleagues
- Communicate information and knowledge.
Plus two optional units to bring the total credit value to 17.

Candidates need to be in a team leadership role, with some degree of personal authority and responsibility.
