Equine massage can be used as a treatment for horses recovering from injury and can benefit older horses or those prone to stiffness. You may bring your own horse along to the sessions to practice on under the supervision of the tutor.

Equine massage can be used as a rehabilitation treatment for horses recovering from an injury. Competition horses can benefit from pre or post−competition massages to keep them supple and relaxed.
It is a very pleasurable experience for the horse and can act as a therapeutic treatment for stressed or nervous horses. Used regularly, equine massage can benefit older horses or those prone to stiffness.

Entry Requirements
Students must be experienced in handling horses safely from the ground.
