Description
This qualification will further develop book-keeping skills studied at Level 1 to enable candidates to produce an accurate trading, profit and loss account and balance sheet. A Level 1 award or equivalent should have been successfully taken.

City and Guilds Level 2 Award in Book-Keeping and Accounts
Course Content
Candidates will:
- Check and correct errors and inaccuracies in the ledger and day books
- Provide for depreciation of fixed assets
- Account for accruals, prepayments and bad and doubtful debts
- Complete an extended trial balance.
