PURPOSEFor practising lawyers, regulators, academics and those with a specific need for knowledge of EU Competition Law. To provide a general understanding of the substantive rules of EU Competition Law and the procedural framework in which they operate.

DESCRIPTIONThe programme covers the following: the constituent provisions of EU Competition Law - Article 101, Article 102, Article 106, Articles 107-109 and the Merger Regulation. Subsequent units will look at joint ventures, cartels, distribution agreements and licences of intellectual property rights. Finally, the units deal with particular problems of EU Competition Law procedure and enforcement.

The units are fully self contained and will be updated each year to take account of any new law.
