We currently offer Keep Fit classes at Foxdale Primary School,
Castle Rushen High School and Ramsey Grammar School during the
evenings.
Fit for Fun - 25 weeks - Exercise to music including warm-up,
cool-down, stretching and variable workout.
Drop a Size Workout - 25 weeks - Suitable for men and women to
improve balance, core strength, co-ordination, muscular strength
and endurance. All fitness levels welcome.
Autumn Workout - 10 weeks/ Spring Workout - 10 weeks/ Summer
Workout - 5 weeks- Great workout for anyone who wants to enjoy
their leisure more and make everyday physical chores easier.

Kick Box Workout & Pre-Ski Training - 25 weeks - easy kick
boxing moves, includes muscular strength and endurance exercises
plus stretch and flexibility work and pre-ski training.
What Subjects will I study?
Stress-busting workouts using easy moves based on kick boxing
and martial arts, step and tone courses, body sculpting &
pre-ski training courses.

Some classes use dumb-bells, variable intensity interval training
and cardiovascular fitness.
