We offer craft workshops - these include

Fascinators for Beginners - 6 week course at St Ninian's Lower School, Onchan - Learn millinery skills and create your own beautiful silk fascinator trimmed with flowers/feathers. Suitable for beginners. Some materials provided but students are required to provide the silk fabric and a sewing kit.

Sinamay Fascinator Workshop for Beginners - one-day workshop at College - Learn millinery skills and create your own pretty sinamay fascinator. All materials provided, but students are required to bring a sewing kit.

Felt Making Project Day - a one-day workshop at College, designed to improve Felt Making skills by making a 3D felt item, tea cosy or bag of your choice. Beginners are welcome. Demonstration/practical course. All materials provided.

Christmas Needle Felting Day - All Abilities - one-day workshop at College - learn to make 2D and 3D Christmas decorations and gifts using Needle Felting techniques. Demonstration/practical course. All materials provided.

Introduction to Felt Making - All Abilities - a one-day workshop at College, exploring Wet Felt Making. Students will make a range of items, using 2D and 3D techniques as well as making balls and rope from wool. Demonstration/practical course. All materials provided.

Model Engineering and Restoration - 20 week course at College - would suit model engineers and enthusiasts in amateur workshop activities. Familiarity with the engineering environment useful, though some basic instruction can be given. It would be an advantage to have an engineering project to bring to the class.

Greenwood Sculpting - 25 week course at College - Learn or develop wood-carving techniques and tool care, to produce a unique piece of greenwood sculpture. No previous experience required. Wood provided.
