Who is this programme for?

Practising and aspiring coaches, mentors, consultants and facilitators, and other practitioners and leaders from schools, local authorities, FE, HE or other public sector contexts who are involved in supporting learning and change.

Entry requirements

A good first degree (minimum 2:2 honours) or equivalent qualification. If you do not meet these requirements, you may be asked to write a qualifying essay or critical review. Prior experience in coaching and mentoring is not a requirement.

How are you assessed?

By written assignments (including a 4,000-word synthesis/critical reflection paper with supporting portfolio and 5,000-word organisational report analysing your institution and providing a strategy/implementation plan), plus formative assessment during the face-to-face sessions.

Attendance

Face-to-face evening sessions, plus online activities.
