A truly networked team is one that works together towards a common purpose.  High Roller has been built around this principle and provides a fun environment in which to demonstrate the benefits and process to your employees.

At the start of the game guests are split into small teams and are given the challenge of constructing a roller coaster within monetary, resource and time constraints. Each team is instructed to build 1/6th of the Roller Coaster and must work with five other teams to complete the challenge.

A truly networked team is one that works together towards a common purpose.  High Roller has been built around this principle and provides a fun environment in which to demonstrate the benefits and process to your employees.

At the start of the game guests are split into small teams and are given the challenge of constructing a roller coaster within monetary, resource and time constraints. Each team is instructed to build 1/6th of the Roller Coaster and must work with five other teams to complete the challenge.

As the game starts, teams will become focused on their own needs and wants and ignoring the wider picture. This is the failure of most teams and only as the game progresses will teams begin to network with others. It is this networking and sharing of resources that will ultimately be critical in the construction.

Requirements:

  • 15 - 200 participants
  • Indoor venue
  • Teams of 5
  • 1 x table per team
  • Space for the set 

Time Allocation:

  • 1.5 hours 

Package

  • All equipment required to run the activity
  • Minimum of 3 Event crew
  • £10m Public & Product Liability Insurance
