Students should note that due to the fast pace of this course, there cannot be the same amount of practical work compared to the two separate courses. Not all topics can be covered in this course, therefore students will be expected to do self study during the week, thereby allowing students to discuss points with the instructor.
Students will learn the fundamental principles of supporting desktop and portable computers and operating systems plus network and print devices and applications.
The course will provide students with the necessary training to ensure proficiency in PC installation and troubleshooting skills.

They will be ready to take and pass CompTIA's A+ Certification exams.
