Effective Public Financial Management (PFM) is increasingly important step for building strong, transparent and successful economies in both developing and developed countries. This is because the process developing effective reforms of budgets and PFM systems depends highly on political and organisational change. This 5-day programme examines the challenges facing successful public financial management reform. We will cover key aspects of budget execution and reform, public expenditure reviews, internal audit reform.
