Effective Leaders Programme

Senior Executives have tough and demanding roles which can lead them to develop certain styles of working in a particular organisational culture. The 5-day Effective Leaders Programme allows them to take a step back and reflect on their styles, re-think their approach and gain better insights into what makes an effective leader.
