What is The ‘Managing to Succeed’ Executive Leadership Programme About?
The Managing to Succeed Training Course provides detailed information about what it takes to develop Successful Leaders, Senior Managers and influential Business Executives. Ten essential characteristics that typify outstanding leaders, are outlined during this dynamic training course.
Clear sighted advice and easily relatable examples are comprehensively expounded by an expert in the delicate art of growing exceptional managers. “Some world class leaders were just born that way, whilst others were taught how to do it: in the end, history regarded them equally.” (©2009 Errol Michael Henry/‘Managing to Succeed’)

What Are Participants Taught During ‘Managing to Succeed’?
- What it takes – not only to lead, but also to become a genuine leader of other leaders.
- The distinct traits that separate the good from the bad – and the great from the demonstrably mediocre.
- How to maintain your personal growth, and to ensure that your team never becomes stagnant.
- The tactics deployed by world-class leaders that result in people following them because they want to; not merely because they have to.
- How to inspire, motivate, and to mould teams that know how to win – consistently.
- How to avoid the pitfalls that can lead to years of wasted productivity, resulting in significant fiscal losses or even job cuts.
