Accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, this internationally-recognised course will provide you with a stepping stone to professional qualifications. Broad-based in its outlook, it caters to students from a wide range of backgrounds who can bring skills from their current disciplines to the field. Ideally, you'll have a construction-related degree, but those with degrees in Management, Accountancy or even Social Sciences have successfully completed the course. What's involved This course is taught part-time over two years with attendance of one day per week. Each year is split up in to three trimesters. You'll study one or two modules per trimester for the first two years and spend your third year working on a focused piece of research. You'll learn through various methods including lectures, tutorials, laboratory sessions, and independent study. This course can also be studied full-time.
