What's involved The course is studied part-time at a pace determined by you and your individual circumstances. As a part-time student you will study alongside full-time students with flexibility as to the number of modules you choose to study per trimester, as your work and personal commitments dictate. You will learn by a variety of teaching methods including lectures, tutorials, and through independent study. Below you will find an indication of the subjects you will most likely study on this course. These will be supplemented by choices from a course-specific option pool: Stage 1 Behavioural Studies; Business Skills;, Accounting for Business; Principles of Economics; Marketing; plus one optional module Stage 2 Introduction to Human Resource Management; Business & Management Challenges; World Economy; plus 3 option modules Stage 3 International Business; International Marketing or Strategic Management in a Global Context; one option module; plus either Work Based Learning, or International Study, or further option modules Stage 4 Leadership in a Changing Environment; Business Strategy & Sustainable Development; Dissertation; plus two option modules Throughout your studies you will be able to choose from a wide range of business school subjects, which will build on your own interests and career aspirations. Work Placement/ International Study: There is an optional work placement in year 3, or you can choose to study abroad, in English, at one of our partner Universities for one trimester.
