The CIPS Professional Diploma in Procurement and Supply allows CIPS members to apply for MCIPS status. The course is an advanced purchasing management course, designed for those who have 3 or more years' strategic purchasing management experience and who have gained the CIPS Advanced Diploma in Procurement and Supply and wish to progress further.

Assessment
One exam per module which are normally sat either March or November each year. Students can opt to take any exam or a combination of exams in line with personal preferences.
Students can also opt to discard exams and undergo assessed work based assignments. Ask for details.
Typical study methods include the following:
Classroom Based-attend one of our programmes delivered at our Sunderland offices.
Flexible Study - where one of our key members of staff will, following induction help you develop a study plan that fits your personal and work commitments thus allowing you to achieve the qualification you are looking for. Here your tutor will work with you via post, email, telephone, Skype and on-line learning platform. Helping you completeCIPS approved / recommended study books and preset work. This is submitted for marking and full guidance in line with your agreed study plan. As exam periods come closer we help you get ready for same via issuing, marking and giving constructive feedback on practice exam papers set by CIPS.
A Mix or Hybrid Programme -In addition to the above flexible study method a mix or hybrid programme is available. Via your agreed study plan arrange to meet with one of our tutors on a regular basis as and when required. Typically this is often every 2 or 3 weeks. Go through areas you need additional help with or guidance on with an assigned tutor. Tutor support is available worldwide.Ask about our FREE SKYPE facility which brings tutors and learners together throughout the world. All you need is access to a suitable computer.
