Email Using Microsoft Outlook

This is a Microsoft Academy course that covers use of the Microsoft Outlook email program. This course is offered at Foundation level only. The course runs over three days - one main teaching day and two workshops.

You learn how to manage:
- messaging
- scheduling
- tasks
- contacts and personal contact information
- information organization

You learn via a series of practical activities lecturer demonstration and workbook exercises.

You will gain confidence in the Microsoft Outlook program as well as gaining industry standard IT skills.

You can progress to other courses in the Microsoft Academy curriculum as well as using this qualification to progress your career and improve your job prospects.
