You learn about the common and specialist dietary ingredients which accommodate people who have coeliacs disease which is an autoimmune disease triggered by gluten. This course also shows you how to adapt recipes and make effective ingredient substitutes.
Learning is through hands-on cooking and tasting - this is a practical course. You are assessed informally by tasting and feedback on the dishes you make.
