Overview
About This Course:This ten week course will guide you through the maze that has become contemporary art practice. Looking at the terms modern, post-modern, and conceptual as well as what is contemporary and current, you will learn about all types of painting, sculpture and installation art. Here in Scotland we have wealth of award winning contemporary art practitioners whose work we will examine via PowerPoint presentations before making our own. There will be an artist’s talk or a life drawing class in each block.
