On completion you’ll gain the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) Foundation Certificate in Learning and Development Practice, and fulfil the qualification requirements for Associate Membership of the CIPD.

What You Study:The subjects you’ll cover include: Learning Needs Analysis, Designing Learning and Activities, Delivering Learning Activities, Evaluation of Learning, Coaching Skills, HR Information Systems and CPD.
There will also be a workplace visit to observe a Learning and Development Session.
Location:City Campus Charles Oakley
Dates:Classes run from September 2012 to June 2013 on a Wednesday evening and from February 2013 to December 2013 also usually on a Wednesday evening.
For both courses, classes run from 6-9pm and in some weeks there is a requirement to attend 2 classes with the second class running on a Thursday evening.
