for career advancement What will I Study? - Project planning and
implementation - Project scope and stakeholder analysis - Gantt
charts and Work Breakdown Structures - Introduction to risk
management - Introduction to project control, monitoring and
evaluation - Introduction to return on investment/cost
savings/financial viability How will I be Taught? This is a 5 week
course starting 29 January 2015. Two hour lessons on a Thursday
evening from 5:15pm to 7:15pm How will I be Assessed? 100%
assignment focussing on implementing a current workpace lproject or
case study. The assignment of 1,500 words will describe the project
management processes used to manage a simple workplace project and
to understand the costs and benefits resulting from the project.
