Description
This course gives the underpinning knowledge to allow a candidate
to undertake on site gas experience leading towards ACS assessment.
The course covers the gas regulations, ventilation, chimneys,
controls, tightness testings and purging. An introduction to
domestic gas appliance installations including cookers, water
heaters, boilers and gas fires will also be given. The course will
be presented using a mixture of practise and theory. A
comprehensive course manual will be provided to each course member.
In addition to the course, candidates are responsible for sourcing
their own 'on the job' training to cover the practical experience
