Description
Part Time

Out and about, customer services and transactions, personal information, future plans, education and work, media and culture, sport and leisure, travel and tourism, business, work and employment. In the early weeks of the course teaching is mainly through listening and oral activities. However, reading and writing skills are introduced and are done mainly for homework. A good grounding in grammar will be provided.



How you will gain the qualification

External: All students will be entered for the Foundation and Higher tiers of the examination set by the Examination Board. The weighting of the examination is as follows: Listening 20% Speaking 30% Reading 20% Writing 30%

What qualifications you need

For beginners: 5 GCSEs including a modern language at grade A or B. However, if you have previous knowledge of Italian this requirement will be waived.
