The course has been devised to build on the basic skills which
are achieved at level 2 and extend the chefs repertoire of dishes.
You will be looking at and cooking a range of dishes which

Supervisory skills in the hospital
How you will gain the qualification
You will complete a period of training and then take part in a
practical examination which will be graded as
PASS/MERIT/DISTINCTION.
You will also be required to complete a short end test.
