How you will gain the qualification
Internal assessment includes research, and exam based questions, with mock exams being a key feature. External assessment is exam based (no coursework), with AS exams in May of the first year, and A2 exams in June of the second year. Most of the exams use formal structured essays, but the final unit expects students to write one pre prepared / researched essay.
