General information
This world history syllabus considers the main events that have affected the world since the Versailles Peace Settlement, fascist Italy, Weimar and Nazi Germany, the New Deal in America, the origins of the Second World War, the Cold War, the role of the United Nations, a British depth study 1906-1918, Russian and Soviet history 1856-1941, and European integration. Students will analyse both primary and secondary source materials.
