  • Fundamentals of Biochemistry
  • Basic Chemistry for Life Sciences
  • Work-based Learning 1
  • Introduction to Medical Science

Level 5:

  • Physiology and Pharmacology
  • Metabolism and Disease
  • Work-based Learning 2
  • Intermediate Immunology
  • Pathobiology
  • Research and Professional Skills

Teaching and assessment

Assessment is via assignments, essays, practical work, tests, workplace assessment and examinations.

Entry requirements

BTEC National Certificate or Diploma in Science, an A Level science subject, or equivalent.
