In Applied Science you will investigate the chemical, physical and biological science really used in the laboratory and workplace. You will study areas such as: the structure and function of the circulatory and respiratory systems, imaging methods used in monitoring health and in diagnosis and reactions of inorganic ions, titration, chromatography, colorimetry and combustion of fuels.In Applied Science you will investigate the chemical, physical and biological science really used in the laboratory and workplace. There is a strong vocational emphasis and only 1/3 of the modules are exam based.
