Who is this course for? For men and women wishing to work in the Spa industry What qualifications or experience do I need ? Written and spoken English at Level 2 or above is required or equivalent. What will I study ? A unit of Level 3 Spa Diploma: Provide Spa Treatments (ITEC). How will I be assessed ? Each unit is assessed in a realistic working environment and with paying clients. On-line tests should be achieved up to 100%. Assignments and a practical exam are also required to be completed up to 100%. Verbal questions also form part of the assessment. Portfolio of treatment evidence forms. What qualifications could I achieve ? A Level 3 unit in Spa Treatments. What can the course lead to ? Employment in the Spa industry. How do I join the course ? Complete an application form. Will I need an interview ? Yes, with a member of the College Beauty Lecturing team. Are there any extra costs for equipment/materials ? Beauty therapy uniform cost �70.00 and further advice will be given at interview for other items required for this unit. Further Information This course will be offered at the Wood Street Campus in The Spa. A free writing English test will be carried out at interview. Other Work experience in a Spa is encouraged as part of this unit. ITEC qualifications are UK and internationally recognised.
