Intensive Summer Course In Make-Up

Who is this course for? Men and women wishing to gain a qualification in skin care and make up. It is also appropriate for anyone wishing to progress onto specialist make up courses. What qualifications or experience do I need ? GCSE English Grade A-D or Literacy Level 1 is required and good dexterity skills needed. What will I study ? * Apply and instruct on make up: day, evening and special occasion * Anatomy and Physiology relevant to the subject. How will I be assessed ? By a range of methods which includes tests, practical or oral assessments What qualifications could I achieve ? A Level 2 unit in Make Up. What can the course lead to ? To work as a cosmetic make-up artist providing skin care and make up services in beauty salons on a make-up counter or for weddings or progress to Level 3 Make-up. How do I join the course ? Complete an enrolment form and attend an interview. Complete an on-line test at interview. Will I need an interview ? Yes Are there any extra costs for equipment/materials ?
