Web Page Development skills including - HTML, XHTML, images, hperliks, tables, forms and frames, connecting web pages to databases, internet marketing, CSS. Fundamentals of networking, Internet protocols and network security How will I be assessed ? 3 Mulitiple Choice Exams What qualifications could I achieve ? Overall Qualification of CIW Web Foundations Associate - which require achievement of the following 3 qualifications: CIW Internet Business Associate CIW Site Development Associate CIW Network Technology Associate What can the course lead to ? This certification can lead to a successful career as a Web designer, Web marketing/business specialist or art director. CIW Designer also leads to Master CIW Designer. How do I join the course ? Call and arrange an interview or come along to one of the Open Events. Will I need an interview ? No. Are there any extra costs for equipment/materials ? Exam fees, Course Fees and CIW Manuals. The CIW Manuals currently cost �85.00 each. Manuals can only be purchased from CIW. This cost is based on the bulk discount rate the college has negotiated directly with CIW. Exam fees are approximately �50 per exam. Further Information PLEASE NOTE - the overall qualification of CIW Web Foundations is achieved by passing the 3 individual qualifications of Internet Business Associate, Site Development Associate and Network Technology Associate.
