Who is this course for? A student who wishes to study full-time to progress to university courses having recently achieved a range of GCSE and AS qualifications. What qualifications or experience do I need ? Two AS Levels at grades A - D including this subject. E grades will be considered on an individual basis. GCSE English grade B or above. What will I study ? A2 History Specification 9HI01 Exam Board: Edexcel Unit 3: The Challenge of Fascism From Kaiser to Fuhrer: Germany 1900 - 1945 Unit 4: The Making of Modern Russia, 1856 - 1964 Coursework Unit How will I be assessed ? Assessment will be through: * One Examination * One Coursework according to the specification of the awarding Examining Board What qualifications could I achieve ? On successul completion of this subject, the candidate will gain an A Level certificate in History. What can the course lead to ? On successful completion of this course, you may progress to a university course of your choosing according to the subjects and grades that you have achieved. How do I join the course ? You must complete a full-time application form and make an appointment for an interview with a tutor. References will be required from your previous educational establishment.
