Forestry at Bangor is concerned with the understanding and sustainable management of forests and woodlands, their role in the global ecosystem and their contribution to ecosystem services. Forests cover 30% of Earth’s land area, and are managed for carbon storage, the production of renewable materials, conservation, recreation and other ecosystem services. This Forestry degree course will equip you with the knowledge and skills to make decisions and objectives.
This course is accredited by the Institute of Chartered Foresters and gives partial fulfilment of Professional Membership Entry.
