AssistKD's IS Consultancy Practice course provides participants with the skills they need to act as either an external or internal information systems consultant. These skills may be in support of their primary role, such as business analyst, or to prepare them for a stand-alone consultancy role. Assessment and accreditation
This course thoroughly prepares participants to sit two examinations which lead to the BCS IS Consultancy Practice certification. These examinations take the form of:The BCS IS Consultancy Essentials course is assessed by a two hour closed-book examination.
Candidates who hold the IS Consultancy Essentials certificate are able to progress to the next stage, which involves a 45 minutes oral examination. The full IS Consultancy Practice certification is awarded to candidates who pass the oral examination.
In addition to covering the full BCS syllabus, this course enables participants to develop SFIA skills CNSL levels 5 and 6 and RLMT levels 5 and 6.
