The content and outcomes of the course will be discussed with you and may be adapted to meet your needs and those of the group. As a guide, by the end of the course you should be able to:
Work independently with your camera making appropriate adjustments for the weather and light conditions
Select appropriate subject matter for a seasonal theme
Work with simple lighting techniques to enhance picture outcomes

Who is the course for?

The course is suitable for the enthusiastic DSLR camera owner who would like to explore using their camera in and out of doors. The course will appeal to anybody with an interest in increasing their picture taking opportunities to include a particular season.

What is your approach?

There will be demonstrations and explanations and time to practice and experiment with techniques you are being shown. Individual guidance and support will be available for practical activities.

You will have an opportunity to maintain an Individual Learning Record and your tutor will discuss your progress and achievement with you throughout the course.

What will I need?

You will need to bring a DSLR camera and instruction manual along with a pen and notepad. Please come with appropriate outdoor clothing for the season.
