GARDENING - FROM GARDEN TO PLATE (ENTRY LEVEL)

Growing and maintaining the produce, followed by a practical cookery session.

The content and outcomes of the course will be discussed with you and may be adapted to meet your needs and those of the group. By the end of the course you should be able to:
Know how to grow produce successfully in your garden
Prepare and cook items using freshly gathered ingredients from the kitchen garden
Demonstrate some new cookery skills

Anyone interested in growing their own produce and cooking some great tasting dishes

Through a series of practical hands on sessions and guided tuition

You will have an opportunity to maintain an Individual Learning Plan and your tutor will discuss your progress and achievement with you throughout the course.
