Planning Reporting & Presentation

The correct reading of the Gantt Chart cannot be taken for granted within a project team. The color scheme, tables, writing style and diagrams make reading difficult. As a result, uncertainties about project planning often arise and a wrong decision is regularly taken.

During this course, these aspects are extensively discussed and you learn to let planning information speak. You will empathize with the various stakeholders and learn to understand how they look at information. On the basis of cases and workshops you will prepare different reports for different types of people. At the end of the course you will present a planning report for the group. You will be instructed to clarify a difficult planning issue and to answer questions from the group correctly.

This course is primarily intended for project planners and project management consultants. Experience in working with Microsoft Project is a must. If you do not have this knowledge, we recommend that you first follow the basic project management course.
