Level: Level 3

Economics looks at the basic economic problem of Scarcity; how, where and when and how many goods are distributed (sold), who produces these goods and under what circumstances.

Taught by an experienced staff member who have taught A Level Economics and Politics for over thirty years, and has worked in industry.

Students should be interested in the political economic world, have a keen interest in reading, literature and current affairs. Be able to construct essays well and take a logical approach to problem solving.

Able to make links with industry locally and nationally for students to look at how the theory is put into practice in the business world. Guest speakers throughou…
