Created in 1993, Scrum is a mature yet simple Agile framework for completing complex projects. Originally created for software development projects, Scrum works well for any complex environment, both IT and non-technical. The framework and terminology are simple, focused on managing change, reducing time to market, eliminating waste and delivering what the Customer needs. This course focuses the Scrum Values, Roles, Ceremonies and Artifacts employed to create a good foundation for high performing Scrum teams.

Prerequisites

Pre-course reading: The Scrum Guide by Ken Schwaber.

Some experience of Project Management or Software Development experience is required.
