Effective Human Resource Management(HRM) is an essential part of the development and execution of company strategy. A great HR Manager is multi-skilled, and has a broad knowledge base. This course is a comprehensive foundation on which to build a strong career in HR. It covers a diverse range of subjects and has been developed by professionals with over 30 years experience in the field. Course Structure 8 modules including Research Project 1, plus 100 hours work experience/industry meetings are required to in order to graduate with this Advanced Diploma.
