What is a Kanban Master?

In a Kanban System or when applying the Kanban method, there are no predefined roles. Acting as a coach and facilitator, the Kanban Master supports all team members involved in the process. This role requires expertise in Kanban systems, combining theoretical knowledge and practical application to optimize processes continuously. The Kanban Master’s responsibilities often align with or complement those of a Team Lead in environments adopting Lean or Lean Six Sigma methodologies.

Take your exam when you're ready, when you have time and wherever you are.

The exam is done online, giving you the choice to take the exam at home or at your office. What we need is a computer with internet for the exam and a webcam (ProctorU). The exam is included in this Kanban Master Certified eLearning package. Very flexible!
