Description
This course is aimed at those who carry out manual handling activities at work and introduces participants to the hazards of manual handling, the risks involved and controls available and what to expect from a manual handling assessment.
Successful completion will prepare participants to look carefully at their own work activities and contribute to the development of safer methods and tasks, in cooperation with their supervisors.

- Demonstrate an understanding of the main provisions of the Manual Handling Operations Regulations.
Fire Safety
Fire Warden/MarshalThis course is aimed at any person that has been
allocated fire safety responsibilities in the prevention of fires
and implement fire evacuations should a fire occur.
Fire Awareness
This course is aimed at any person who is expected to respond to a
fire alarm or may actually be confronted by a real fire. Any person
who may be required or have the opportunity to use a fire
extinguisher.
