"The most horrendous experience. Led me down several rabbit holes. Firstly told me the course was self-paced and I had 2 years to complete. There were four lectures, 1 every 6 weeks on a loop. I was apparently suspended after 8 weeks because I had not been in contact with my tutor. I had to apply to be resubmitted.

I had to go and source most of my 120 hours of guided learning, as they only had 4 lectures. I dug in and despite several hurdles to put me off finishing I persisted. My tutor began to ghost me after I completed more that 80% of the course. When I complained to TQUK they confirmed that I wasn't registered, and had stopped working with Vocational Learning.

As a professional with qualified teaching status I raised several points throughout the course that didn't add up (e.g assignment questions, word count etc) and was continually reassured. The only positive that I take from this, is that I was not the only one. The impact this has had on my mental health has been awful. As I am completing this qualification through work, I have to start from scratch 2 years after it began." - 11-11-2021 14:49

"Please don’t hand over your money, as others say they take your money then stop communicating. I’ve been to court to attempt to get my money back but they just lied and made out it was me that did everything wrong so I have lost the course fees as well at court fees.
People should review on different platforms too as little is know about the company and to the awarding body so they revoke their licence." - 25-09-2020 15:27

"A fraudulent training provided. I am trying to get my £650 back; they started to ignore me in September 2019; I would send them emailed every week asking for a feedback. "It has been more than 6 months and I have not heard anything about my course result. I have been waiting. They say they can not find my work after they have forward it to the external assessor.
