• Identify key concepts and current issues underpinning the focus of the Master Class
• Discuss the relevance of the subject for their own practice
• Consider how the subject can be applied to their own practice in order to enrich and enhance it

Summary
There are commonly occurring tensions between service users / their families and service providers; yet those who work in health and social care are called upon to increase service user involvement in the planning and provision of care. This Master Class will examine common areas of conflict, why difficulties are likely to exist, and consider ways in which service user/family involvement in service planning and provision may be enhanced
You will require a PC and Broadband connection to access the Master Class, a headset is also preferable if you wish to interact with others in the virtual class room
This Master Class will be simultaneously delivered to registered MSc Advanced Occupational Therapy students & those enrolled for a one-off session.
