"Scam! With this day and age, it's hard to pick an honest review from a fake one. So read carefully to see if some of the reviews are not promotional ads.
I booked with training-square tentatively as the date was too far away to be sure I could attend. The cost was £1500 for me and my friend and the man I spoke to (Krish) assured me I would receive a total refund as long as I cancelled a week before, 14 days better. I went ahead with the booking and as I worried something came up. I called to cancel 14 days before and the refund was refused. When I said I spoke to Krish and he assured me I could get a complete refund they said their policy is a £500 adminstration charge for each person, meaning they would not refund £1000 of the cost. This is contrary to what I was told and would never go ahead on these terms. They said this was written in the small letters somewhere on their terms & conditions. Well, this is illegal! A phone transaction can't expect me to read their site's terms and conditions. And they had told me the exact opposite whilst I made the booking! " - 13-01-2020 13:46

"Great Web & Graphic Design course.it has given me a foundation on which to work on.Further learning is required but the basic concept has been established. the tutor was helpful and explained things simply.

Even as a graphic designer this was a good course to undertake as I now understand how the designs created are translated into HTML 5 +CSS

"I can only comment on the Autocad 2D and 3D CAD course. Trainer was very good but I and others on the course felt this was miss sold as the certificate is really only an attendance certificate and only makes you a certified user as you attended, there was no exam and has not weight in the industry. Also the course does not prepare you for the Autocad exams as advertised on the website and sold over the phone. Spending £890 on the course when unemployed was not good value as you can learn the same off YouTube for free, also Training Square have not provided a satisfactory explanation to my follow ups which have led to this review." - 03-04-2017 10:30

"Upon starting a new job it was required of me to take training in order to improve my performance in my new position. I enrolled quite hurriedly after an explanation that courses were filling up fast and if I didn't hurry I'd find it difficult to get a place in time as there was a cancellation in their books. I enrolled on a package course consisting of three different subjects amounting to £3000 which I paid within 24hrs to start within the same week. All was well after the first day until I started feeling ill. So contacted them explaining my difficulty with continuing until further notice to which they said I could postpone till I felt better. This was back in February. It now transpires that I have stage 4 Hodgkin's lymphoma, a type of blood cancer. I informed them of this a few months ago to which was promised I'd get a refund of some sort but would have to wait as the person responsible for this department was away on leave. We are now in September and after numerous attempts systematically trying to contact someone to sort out my issues im constantly given excuses after excuses and given a different name each week of who I should be waiting for and speaking to. Unsurprisingly I was unable to carry on working and due to financial problems was evicted from my new home which I'd moved to specifically to be close to work. I'm undergoing Chemo at present and have suffered three infections due to my body's inability to fight off infections and according to my doctors this is also due to the stress I'm suffering at the moment as I should be resting as much as I can. I don't doubt that they are a good company in terms of training, but in terms of empathy, greed and general lack of care for a fellow human being who is suffering from cancer, I literally have no words to discribe how robbed and cheated I feel.
