Hydraulic Lorry Loader Operating Safety Course
Learn how to safely and efficiently operate a hydraulic lorry loader.
On completion of the course you will understand the statutory requirements and the need for safety training. The course covers machine capacities and stability, safe operating procedures, machine and control familiarisation, daily checks and fault reporting, preparing for work, inspection and use of lifting tackle, procedures for practical slinging, loading and unloading, signalling and the use of clamps and attachments, and much more.
As a record of your achievement, an ALLMI certificate of training is provided and delegate will be registered on the ALLMI National Register of accredited Lorry Loaders.

Course Objectives
To teach the relevant job safety knowledge and practical skills necessary for the safe and efficient operation of hydraulic lorry loaders (Hiab, Atlas, etc) to operators and persons involved in the use of these types of appliances.
This course covers the use of lorry loaders involving the use of general slinging applications, or clamps and other attachments as applicable.
It is also intended for both novice and experienced operators (see Course Duration).
