The COSHH – Level 2 course will discuss topics such as understanding of the control of substances hazardous to health, identifying hazardous substances, controlling hazardous substances and COSHH regulations.
The Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations Act was introduced in 2002. It was with the understanding that employees have a clear view of hazardous substances and the employer must cooperate fully to meet the legal obligations they have towards their employees. The COSHH – Level 2 course will enable employees to gain a comprehensive understanding of hazardous substances. Employees should receive effective COSHH training to ensure that everyone in the workplace carry out their tasks in a safe manner. Employers should identify hazards within the workplace and implement safety measures to ensure their employees are safeguarded, and to reduce or eliminate the risks according to the given standards.

Access Duration

Method of Assessment
At the end of the COSHH – Level 2 you will be evaluated through an online multiple choice exam. In order to complete this program successfully and gain your professional qualification.
Certification
Those who successfully complete the course will be awarded the Level 2 Certificate in COSHH by the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health. It will make you valuable to employers, and your motivation at gaining new skills will be recognised.
